Upoznajme partner terms.

1. What it’s about

The partner programme is operated by UPOZNAJME LTD, London (“we”). Partners (“you”) recommend the Upoznajme app and receive a commission in return. By applying and using the partner area, you accept these terms.

You act independently and in your own name. The programme does not create any employment, agency or representation relationship. You must not give the impression that you speak on behalf of Upoznajme.

2. Participation

Individuals aged 18 and over, as well as companies, associations and event organisers, can take part. We review every application and decide on admission at our discretion. There is one partner account per person. Your details must be accurate and up to date.

Your login details are confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens through your account.

3. Link, code and assignment

Once you are approved, you receive a personal link and a partner code. A person is assigned to you if they enter your code when signing up in the app, or if we can reliably assign them to you in another way. Your link remembers visitors for 30 days.

Each person can only be assigned to one partner; the first assignment counts. In cases of doubt, we decide.

4. Commission

You receive 30% of the net revenue from Premium subscriptions taken out by people assigned to you – for every paid subscription month, for as long as the subscription runs and is renewed. Net revenue is the subscription price after deduction of the App Store or Google Play fees and VAT.

We spread subscriptions covering several months evenly across the individual months. No commission is paid for free, gifted or discounted Premium access, for your own accounts, or for payments that are refunded or charged back.

5. Waiting period and confirmation

Each commission is initially pending and is confirmed after 30 days – the length of the stores’ refund periods. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission for it is forfeited. If it has already been paid out, we may offset it against future commission.

6. Payout and credit note

Every month on the 15th, we pay out all confirmed commission, provided your balance is at least €50. If it is lower, we carry it over to the next month. A valid payout method and complete credit note details are required.

Commission is calculated in euros. For payouts to a Swiss account, we convert the amount into Swiss francs at the exchange rate of the day. You bear any fees charged by your bank or payment service yourself.

We issue a credit note for every payout. You agree that we settle your commission in this way (self-billing). If you are registered for VAT, you must tell us beforehand.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for paying the correct tax on your earnings and for meeting any reporting obligations.

8. How you may promote Upoznajme

Honest recommendations in your own channels are allowed: posts, stories, videos, groups, newsletters, flyers and events. Follow the platforms’ rules and applicable law, in particular on labelling advertising.

The following are not allowed:

• Spam – in comments, groups or direct messages
• Fake accounts or referring yourself
• Search engine ads on the Upoznajme brand name
• Misleading promises about matches, dates or prices
• Money or gifts in return for sign-ups or subscriptions
• Altered logos or profiles that look like an official Upoznajme channel

You may use the logo and materials from the partner area for your recommendations, provided you do not alter them.

9. Data protection

In the partner area, you do not see the names or contact details of the people you refer – only a sequential number, their status and the commission. We use your own data only for the partner programme, payouts and credit notes. Find out more in our privacy policy.

10. Pausing and ending participation

You can end your participation at any time by email. We can end it with 30 days’ notice. If you breach these terms, we may pause or close your account immediately; any pending commission from the referrals concerned is then forfeited.

Once your participation has ended, we pay out your confirmed balance, even if it is below the minimum amount. No commission accrues for subscription months after the end of your participation.

11. Changes

We may change these terms and the commission rate. We will inform you by email at least 30 days in advance. Commission already earned remains unaffected. If you do not agree, you can end your participation.

12. Liability

We do not guarantee any particular earnings or uninterrupted availability of the app or the partner area. We are only liable for intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Final provisions

The law of England and Wales applies, unless mandatory provisions of your country of residence provide otherwise. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
